自(zi)新型冠狀(zhuang)病(bing)毒(du)感染的疫情發現以來,我院(yuan)嚴(yan)格落實教(jiao)育部和(he)山(shan)東省(sheng)委、省(sheng)政府及省(sheng)教(jiao)育廳(ting)有關通知要求,把師生的生命(ming)安全和(he)身體健(jian)康放在第(di)一位,網上(shang)網下(xia)“雙(shuang)線戰‘疫’”,護(hu)航學生平安。
宣傳引導,服從大局。一(yi)是(shi)下發了《致全(quan)(quan)體(ti)(ti)輔(fu)導員(yuan)(yuan)、班(ban)主任的(de)一(yi)封信》《致全(quan)(quan)體(ti)(ti)學(xue)生(sheng)的(de)一(yi)封信》《致全(quan)(quan)體(ti)(ti)學(xue)生(sheng)做(zuo)好疫(yi)情(qing)(qing)(qing)防(fang)(fang)控(kong)工作(zuo)的(de)告知書》和(he)《疫(yi)情(qing)(qing)(qing)預防(fang)(fang)指南》等(deng)通知,號召全(quan)(quan)體(ti)(ti)輔(fu)導員(yuan)(yuan)、班(ban)主任落實(shi)責任到位(wei)、落實(shi)措施(shi)到位(wei)、落實(shi)自己到位(wei),做(zuo)到疫(yi)情(qing)(qing)(qing)防(fang)(fang)控(kong)不僥幸、不懈怠,做(zuo)到抗戰與(yu)(yu)暖心并(bing)舉(ju)、防(fang)(fang)疫(yi)與(yu)(yu)育人(ren)結合(he)(he),做(zuo)到保護自己、關愛學(xue)生(sheng),全(quan)(quan)面(mian)提升自身專業化、職業化能力。號召全(quan)(quan)體(ti)(ti)學(xue)生(sheng)正確看待疫(yi)情(qing)(qing)(qing)、服(fu)從(cong)防(fang)(fang)疫(yi)大局,了解(jie)防(fang)(fang)疫(yi)知識、加強個人(ren)防(fang)(fang)護,合(he)(he)理(li)安排假(jia)期、及時報告實(shi)情(qing)(qing)(qing)。二是(shi)通過微(wei)信、微(wei)博、QQ等(deng)媒體(ti)(ti)平臺,做(zuo)好正面(mian)引導,宣講有關防(fang)(fang)控(kong)政策(ce)和(he)措施(shi),引導全(quan)(quan)員(yuan)(yuan)理(li)性認識,科(ke)學(xue)防(fang)(fang)控(kong),消除恐慌(huang),不信謠、不傳謠,維護良好網絡輿(yu)論(lun)環境。
重點關注,細致入微。一是通(tong)過學(xue)(xue)(xue)(xue)生(sheng)(sheng)(sheng)(sheng)工作(zuo)管理(li)系統查到籍貫(guan)、戶口所在地、生(sheng)(sheng)(sheng)(sheng)源地在湖北省的學(xue)(xue)(xue)(xue)生(sheng)(sheng)(sheng)(sheng)共有(you)18人(ren),當(dang)天即通(tong)知各系安(an)排(pai)輔(fu)導員、班(ban)主任采取電(dian)話(hua)、微(wei)信、QQ等(deng)方式逐(zhu)一聯(lian)(lian)系并落實(shi)(shi)(shi)學(xue)(xue)(xue)(xue)生(sheng)(sheng)(sheng)(sheng)當(dang)前(qian)情(qing)況(kuang),給予(yu)他(ta)們足夠的關心和(he)關懷,指(zhi)導學(xue)(xue)(xue)(xue)生(sheng)(sheng)(sheng)(sheng)做(zuo)(zuo)好個人(ren)防(fang)控措施。二(er)是制定了(le)留(liu)學(xue)(xue)(xue)(xue)生(sheng)(sheng)(sheng)(sheng)疫情(qing)防(fang)控預(yu)案(an),成立了(le)留(liu)學(xue)(xue)(xue)(xue)生(sheng)(sheng)(sheng)(sheng)自管會(hui),負責監督各位留(liu)學(xue)(xue)(xue)(xue)生(sheng)(sheng)(sheng)(sheng)做(zuo)(zuo)好體(ti)溫測量、外(wai)出報(bao)告等(deng)防(fang)控事宜,及(ji)時掌握(wo)每位學(xue)(xue)(xue)(xue)生(sheng)(sheng)(sheng)(sheng)的情(qing)況(kuang),按時向教(jiao)育廳、出入境管理(li)局和(he)學(xue)(xue)(xue)(xue)院上報(bao)留(liu)學(xue)(xue)(xue)(xue)生(sheng)(sheng)(sheng)(sheng)身體(ti)狀況(kuang)和(he)人(ren)員流動情(qing)況(kuang),加強留(liu)學(xue)(xue)(xue)(xue)生(sheng)(sheng)(sheng)(sheng)疫情(qing)宣(xuan)傳和(he)新冠病(bing)毒的防(fang)護教(jiao)育。三是密(mi)切聯(lian)(lian)系濟(ji)南鐵路局等(deng)學(xue)(xue)(xue)(xue)生(sheng)(sheng)(sheng)(sheng)實(shi)(shi)(shi)習單位做(zuo)(zuo)好學(xue)(xue)(xue)(xue)生(sheng)(sheng)(sheng)(sheng)實(shi)(shi)(shi)習安(an)排(pai),叫停一切寒假社(she)會(hui)實(shi)(shi)(shi)踐活(huo)動和(he)志愿(yuan)服務(wu)活(huo)動,撤(che)回所有(you)參與社(she)會(hui)實(shi)(shi)(shi)踐和(he)志愿(yuan)服務(wu)的學(xue)(xue)(xue)(xue)生(sheng)(sheng)(sheng)(sheng),確保(bao)學(xue)(xue)(xue)(xue)生(sheng)(sheng)(sheng)(sheng)平安(an)健(jian)康(kang)。
心理疏導,居家戰“疫”。一(yi)是(shi)(shi)全體(ti)輔導(dao)員(yuan)、班主(zhu)任采取(qu)打電話、微信、QQ等方式與每名學(xue)(xue)(xue)(xue)(xue)(xue)(xue)生(sheng)(sheng)保持密(mi)切聯系,及(ji)時(shi)準(zhun)確掌握動(dong)(dong)(dong)態(tai),及(ji)時(shi)做好心(xin)(xin)理(li)疏導(dao),及(ji)時(shi)傳達學(xue)(xue)(xue)(xue)(xue)(xue)(xue)院(yuan)精神,及(ji)時(shi)上(shang)(shang)報異常情(qing)況,引(yin)(yin)導(dao)學(xue)(xue)(xue)(xue)(xue)(xue)(xue)生(sheng)(sheng)遵(zun)守學(xue)(xue)(xue)(xue)(xue)(xue)(xue)院(yuan)相關規定,未經(jing)批準(zhun)不(bu)提(ti)前返校(xiao)。二是(shi)(shi)學(xue)(xue)(xue)(xue)(xue)(xue)(xue)院(yuan)大學(xue)(xue)(xue)(xue)(xue)(xue)(xue)生(sheng)(sheng)心(xin)(xin)理(li)健康中心(xin)(xin)在微信公眾號推出了(le)“宅家攻略(lve)”,引(yin)(yin)導(dao)學(xue)(xue)(xue)(xue)(xue)(xue)(xue)生(sheng)(sheng)通過聽(ting)音樂緩(huan)釋情(qing)緒、居(ju)家運動(dong)(dong)(dong)增強抵抗力、與書戀愛充(chong)實精神生(sheng)(sheng)活、網上(shang)(shang)學(xue)(xue)(xue)(xue)(xue)(xue)(xue)習做好知識儲備、關注權威發布明辨是(shi)(shi)非(fei)、鍛(duan)煉廚藝提(ti)升生(sheng)(sheng)活能力等方式“宅家生(sheng)(sheng)活”,做好居(ju)家、飲食(shi)、個(ge)人等的衛生(sheng)(sheng)防疫工作(zuo)。三是(shi)(shi)開(kai)展(zhan)了(le)大學(xue)(xue)(xue)(xue)(xue)(xue)(xue)生(sheng)(sheng)居(ju)家戰(zhan)“疫”生(sheng)(sheng)活短視(shi)頻評選活動(dong)(dong)(dong),設置學(xue)(xue)(xue)(xue)(xue)(xue)(xue)習閱讀篇(pian)、居(ju)家運動(dong)(dong)(dong)篇(pian)、娛樂休閑篇(pian)、勞(lao)動(dong)(dong)(dong)美食(shi)篇(pian)等四個(ge)主(zhu)題,通過征集展(zhan)示各種有趣短視(shi)頻,傳播(bo)陽光(guang)正能量,激(ji)發學(xue)(xue)(xue)(xue)(xue)(xue)(xue)生(sheng)(sheng)對學(xue)(xue)(xue)(xue)(xue)(xue)(xue)習、生(sheng)(sheng)活、運動(dong)(dong)(dong)等的興(xing)趣,轉移不(bu)良情(qing)緒,培(pei)養大家積(ji)極向上(shang)(shang)的生(sheng)(sheng)活態(tai)度。
