鐵道供電與電氣工程系扎實推進“大學習、大調研、大改進”

為深入(ru)學習(xi)貫徹落實黨的(de)十九大(da)精神(shen),根據學院黨委要求(qiu),鐵道供電(dian)(dian)與電(dian)(dian)氣工程(cheng)系持續(xu)推動“大(da)學習(xi)、大(da)調研、大(da)改進”,4月到6月期(qi)間,組(zu)織教師(shi)分別赴(fu)青島(dao)(dao)鴻普(pu)電(dian)(dian)氣科技有限公司(si)、青島(dao)(dao)地鐵有限公司(si)、青島(dao)(dao)鼎佳電(dian)(dian)子(zi)有限公司(si)、積成電(dian)(dian)子(zi)有限公司(si)進行(xing)調研,深入(ru)了(le)解企業人(ren)才培(pei)養需求(qiu)及學生(sheng)就業與頂崗實習(xi)情況(kuang)。

在(zai)(zai)青島(dao)鴻(hong)普電(dian)(dian)氣(qi)科技(ji)(ji)有(you)限公(gong)(gong)司,系(xi)副主(zhu)任張(zhang)偉(wei)、電(dian)(dian)氣(qi)自動化技(ji)(ji)術(shu)教(jiao)研室主(zhu)任劉勇(yong)與(yu)該公(gong)(gong)司簽訂(ding)校企(qi)(qi)合(he)作(zuo)協議(yi)和(he)校外(wai)實(shi)習(xi)基(ji)地協議(yi),并與(yu)往屆畢(bi)業(ye)(ye)(ye)生(sheng)(sheng)(sheng)(sheng)(sheng)進行深入(ru)交流,了解(jie)學(xue)(xue)生(sheng)(sheng)(sheng)(sheng)(sheng)對學(xue)(xue)院專(zhuan)(zhuan)(zhuan)業(ye)(ye)(ye)課(ke)程(cheng)設(she)(she)置、人才(cai)培養方(fang)案(an)及(ji)(ji)學(xue)(xue)生(sheng)(sheng)(sheng)(sheng)(sheng)管理工作(zuo)等方(fang)面建議(yi)。在(zai)(zai)青島(dao)地鐵(tie)有(you)限公(gong)(gong)司,鐵(tie)道供電(dian)(dian)技(ji)(ji)術(shu)專(zhuan)(zhuan)(zhuan)業(ye)(ye)(ye)教(jiao)師崔景萍(ping)通過(guo)與(yu)學(xue)(xue)生(sheng)(sheng)(sheng)(sheng)(sheng)、培訓(xun)科人員座談(tan),走(zou)訪車輛段等方(fang)式,了解(jie)畢(bi)業(ye)(ye)(ye)生(sheng)(sheng)(sheng)(sheng)(sheng)和(he)實(shi)習(xi)生(sheng)(sheng)(sheng)(sheng)(sheng)適應工作(zuo)過(guo)程(cheng)情(qing)況(kuang)(kuang)(kuang),掌握(wo)本專(zhuan)(zhuan)(zhuan)業(ye)(ye)(ye)課(ke)程(cheng)設(she)(she)置、實(shi)訓(xun)實(shi)習(xi)等方(fang)面優點及(ji)(ji)不足。在(zai)(zai)青島(dao)鼎佳電(dian)(dian)子(zi)有(you)限公(gong)(gong)司,電(dian)(dian)氣(qi)自動化技(ji)(ji)術(shu)專(zhuan)(zhuan)(zhuan)業(ye)(ye)(ye)教(jiao)師鮑建、劉凌通過(guo)實(shi)地參觀、調研,了解(jie)學(xue)(xue)生(sheng)(sheng)(sheng)(sheng)(sheng)在(zai)(zai)企(qi)(qi)業(ye)(ye)(ye)的工作(zuo)情(qing)況(kuang)(kuang)(kuang)、企(qi)(qi)業(ye)(ye)(ye)對電(dian)(dian)氣(qi)自動化技(ji)(ji)術(shu)專(zhuan)(zhuan)(zhuan)業(ye)(ye)(ye)人才(cai)的要求以(yi)及(ji)(ji)企(qi)(qi)業(ye)(ye)(ye)對高職教(jiao)育(yu)自動化技(ji)(ji)術(shu)專(zhuan)(zhuan)(zhuan)業(ye)(ye)(ye)教(jiao)育(yu)教(jiao)學(xue)(xue)工作(zuo)的意見和(he)建議(yi)。在(zai)(zai)積成(cheng)電(dian)(dian)子(zi)有(you)限公(gong)(gong)司,系(xi)就業(ye)(ye)(ye)辦主(zhu)任曾慶磊、電(dian)(dian)子(zi)信息技(ji)(ji)術(shu)專(zhuan)(zhuan)(zhuan)業(ye)(ye)(ye)教(jiao)師江軍對學(xue)(xue)生(sheng)(sheng)(sheng)(sheng)(sheng)頂崗實(shi)習(xi)情(qing)況(kuang)(kuang)(kuang)和(he)學(xue)(xue)生(sheng)(sheng)(sheng)(sheng)(sheng)在(zai)(zai)企(qi)(qi)業(ye)(ye)(ye)完成(cheng)畢(bi)業(ye)(ye)(ye)設(she)(she)計情(qing)況(kuang)(kuang)(kuang)進行調研,全(quan)面掌握(wo)企(qi)(qi)業(ye)(ye)(ye)人才(cai)培養情(qing)況(kuang)(kuang)(kuang)和(he)學(xue)(xue)生(sheng)(sheng)(sheng)(sheng)(sheng)工作(zuo)及(ji)(ji)頂崗實(shi)習(xi)情(qing)況(kuang)(kuang)(kuang)。

帶著問(wen)(wen)題(ti)學習,針(zhen)對(dui)(dui)(dui)問(wen)(wen)題(ti)調(diao)(diao)研,聚(ju)集問(wen)(wen)題(ti)整改(gai),是(shi)“大(da)(da)學習、大(da)(da)調(diao)(diao)研、大(da)(da)改(gai)進(jin)(jin)(jin)”的(de)核心要(yao)義。鐵道(dao)供電與電氣工(gong)程系在組織教師赴企業(ye)(ye)調(diao)(diao)研過程中,始終堅持問(wen)(wen)題(ti)導向原則(ze),堅持求(qiu)真務實,深入(ru)基層面(mian)(mian)對(dui)(dui)(dui)面(mian)(mian)聽取(qu)企業(ye)(ye)員工(gong)、畢業(ye)(ye)學生(sheng)意見建(jian)議,深入(ru)了解企業(ye)(ye)及學生(sheng)的(de)教育(yu)需(xu)求(qiu),堅決杜絕漫無目(mu)的(de)、走馬觀(guan)花、浮光(guang)掠影式調(diao)(diao)研,防(fang)止(zhi)搞形(xing)式、走過場。對(dui)(dui)(dui)調(diao)(diao)研中發現的(de)問(wen)(wen)題(ti),該系召開教職工(gong)工(gong)作(zuo)會(hui)議,直面(mian)(mian)問(wen)(wen)題(ti),全(quan)面(mian)(mian)探(tan)討,明(ming)確改(gai)進(jin)(jin)(jin)路徑和(he)解決方(fang)法。下一(yi)步(bu),該系將進(jin)(jin)(jin)一(yi)步(bu)加強領導,健全(quan)機(ji)制(zhi),強化督導,深入(ru)推進(jin)(jin)(jin)“大(da)(da)學習、大(da)(da)調(diao)(diao)研、大(da)(da)改(gai)進(jin)(jin)(jin)”,確保把(ba)各項工(gong)作(zuo)落實落細,完善修訂人(ren)才培養方(fang)案,全(quan)面(mian)(mian)提(ti)升教育(yu)教學質量(liang),為培養優(you)質人(ren)才、助力新(xin)舊動能(neng)轉換重(zhong)大(da)(da)工(gong)程、書寫“奮進(jin)(jin)(jin)之(zhi)筆”貢獻(xian)積(ji)極力量(liang)。
