我院開展優秀心理健康教育主題班會評選活動

為了(le)增強(qiang)師生心理(li)(li)健(jian)康(kang)意識,普及宣傳心理(li)(li)健(jian)康(kang)知(zhi)識,我院(yuan)在第十五屆(jie)心理(li)(li)健(jian)康(kang)節期間舉辦了(le)優(you)秀心理(li)(li)健(jian)康(kang)教育主題班會評選(xuan)活動,17個班會活動獲評一(yi)二(er)三等(deng)獎。

此次評選活(huo)動(dong)自(zi)開(kai)展以(yi)來,各系高(gao)度(du)重(zhong)視,積極(ji)準備,精心(xin)(xin)(xin)策劃。師(shi)(shi)生共同(tong)(tong)(tong)構思班(ban)會(hui)(hui)(hui)主(zhu)(zhu)題,確定班(ban)會(hui)(hui)(hui)內(nei)容(rong),認真(zhen)設計(ji)每一個環節(jie),形成班(ban)會(hui)(hui)(hui)方(fang)案。班(ban)主(zhu)(zhu)任、輔(fu)導員(yuan)親(qin)自(zi)主(zhu)(zhu)持(chi)班(ban)會(hui)(hui)(hui),與(yu)同(tong)(tong)(tong)學(xue)(xue)(xue)(xue)們親(qin)密互動(dong),引(yin)導學(xue)(xue)(xue)(xue)生關(guan)注心(xin)(xin)(xin)理(li)(li)(li)(li)健(jian)(jian)(jian)康(kang)(kang),極(ji)大提升(sheng)了(le)(le)(le)心(xin)(xin)(xin)理(li)(li)(li)(li)健(jian)(jian)(jian)康(kang)(kang)教(jiao)(jiao)(jiao)育主(zhu)(zhu)題班(ban)會(hui)(hui)(hui)的(de)(de)教(jiao)(jiao)(jiao)育效(xiao)果。如劉勇老師(shi)(shi)召(zhao)(zhao)開(kai)的(de)(de)“情緒的(de)(de)調節(jie)與(yu)管理(li)(li)(li)(li)”班(ban)會(hui)(hui)(hui),擺(bai)脫了(le)(le)(le)傳(chuan)統(tong)說(shuo)教(jiao)(jiao)(jiao)的(de)(de)模(mo)式(shi),采用了(le)(le)(le)心(xin)(xin)(xin)理(li)(li)(li)(li)劇(ju)表(biao)演、觀看心(xin)(xin)(xin)理(li)(li)(li)(li)短片與(yu)師(shi)(shi)生交(jiao)流相結合的(de)(de)形式(shi),深深地吸引(yin)住(zhu)了(le)(le)(le)同(tong)(tong)(tong)學(xue)(xue)(xue)(xue)們。欒金志老師(shi)(shi)召(zhao)(zhao)開(kai)“陽光心(xin)(xin)(xin)態伴我成長”班(ban)會(hui)(hui)(hui),通過自(zi)由討論、互動(dong)游戲、歌唱(chang)等形式(shi)提升(sheng)了(le)(le)(le)同(tong)(tong)(tong)學(xue)(xue)(xue)(xue)們的(de)(de)參與(yu)熱情,達(da)到預期效(xiao)果。殷巖(yan)峰老師(shi)(shi)組織(zhi)的(de)(de)“讓陽光照進(jin)心(xin)(xin)(xin)扉”班(ban)會(hui)(hui)(hui)走出教(jiao)(jiao)(jiao)室(shi),來到學(xue)(xue)(xue)(xue)院小西湖(hu)邊(bian),以(yi)輕松的(de)(de)方(fang)式(shi)與(yu)同(tong)(tong)(tong)學(xue)(xue)(xue)(xue)暢(chang)談(tan),引(yin)發同(tong)(tong)(tong)學(xue)(xue)(xue)(xue)共鳴,提升(sheng)同(tong)(tong)(tong)學(xue)(xue)(xue)(xue)們對心(xin)(xin)(xin)理(li)(li)(li)(li)健(jian)(jian)(jian)康(kang)(kang)教(jiao)(jiao)(jiao)育的(de)(de)認知。同(tong)(tong)(tong)學(xue)(xue)(xue)(xue)們紛(fen)紛(fen)表(biao)示(shi),這種班(ban)會(hui)(hui)(hui)形式(shi)是(shi)以(yi)往較少接觸(chu)的(de)(de),傳(chuan)達(da)的(de)(de)知識與(yu)理(li)(li)(li)(li)念易于接受,提高(gao)了(le)(le)(le)同(tong)(tong)(tong)學(xue)(xue)(xue)(xue)們對心(xin)(xin)(xin)理(li)(li)(li)(li)健(jian)(jian)(jian)康(kang)(kang)的(de)(de)關(guan)注度(du),增強了(le)(le)(le)同(tong)(tong)(tong)學(xue)(xue)(xue)(xue)們的(de)(de)心(xin)(xin)(xin)理(li)(li)(li)(li)素質,掀(xian)起了(le)(le)(le)關(guan)注心(xin)(xin)(xin)理(li)(li)(li)(li)健(jian)(jian)(jian)康(kang)(kang)的(de)(de)熱潮。
